  • What is RAW Footage?

    RAW Footage is unedited, high quality footage and often has no colour (due to the high quality file format). The footage may feel raw and shaky without post processing by a professional editor. This footage also requires higher end computer models or video editing software(s) for any playback.

    Any purchase of RAW Footage includes a Physical Hard Drive or SSD ($400+ value) containing all of the footage and final films in separated folders. Local delivery is available and any additional shipping charges may be discussed during the consultation.

    RAW Footage allows you to see all the details that don’t make it into “the Signature” or “the Feature” film. You may also use the RAW contents to create additional edits if you are capable or by hiring a third party professional editor.

  • What packages do you offer?

    We’ve created two wedding packages and one engagement package. Check out our services page for more detailed information. If you don’t see a package that’s right for you, we can work together to add or take away from the package to make sure we get the best results for your investment! Reach out to our contact page.

  • How many videographers will there be?

    Depending on the package you choose, you’ll be have the best team assembled of 2-3 videographers covering your wedding day and 1-2 videographers for any engagements.

    I’ve found that capturing special moments deserves additional angles to get as much detail as possible. 2 is great but 3 is even better for those that want that little bit of extra magic.

  • What is your booking/payment policy?

    A payment of 20% of total cost is due at the time of booking to secure your event date. The additional balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

  • What is your policy on cancellation, postponement or rescheduling?

    If the deposit is paid but the couple changes their mind at any given time to have the service completed, the deposit amount will not be refunded in order to offset its loss of business. If the Client needs to transfer the date, a new contract must be signed IF that date is available. If I am unavailable for the rescheduled date, it will be treated as a cancellation.

  • How do I submit payments?

    I have multiple ways for you to submit your down payment and final payment for services: Cash, Email Transfer, Cheque, Square Up *a Payment Platform for debit and credit payments (*the platform charges an additional 2.9% + 30cents of the transaction)

  • How do I receive my film/photo collection?

    Films are delivered through Google Drive or WeTransfer. Clients are provided an option for USB or Hard Drive for an additional cost.

  • Will you travel?

    PCF is based in Ontario, Canada serving the GTA, any weddings outside of the GTA may be subject to additional travel fees. Beginning in 2023, I will be accepting destination wedding enquiries. Feel free to include the request on the contact form!

  • What is your turnaround time?

    With 2024 around the corner, we plan to only take 15 weddings to focus on crafting quality films and providing a better service.

    The complimentary wedding trailer is delivered within just 7 days or sooner!

    You can expect “The Signature Short Highlight Film” delivered within 30 business days after your wedding.

    “The Extended Cut” which is only a part of our “The Feature” Wedding package will be delivered within 6 months from the wedding date.

    Although we take engagement films year round, your Engagement Film will be delivered just within 14 days.
